For the technical work itself, we size the team to the job rather than carrying fixed overhead: well-scoped customization and dashboard work goes to vetted specialist developers working to our specification, and larger or more technical builds draw on accredited partners — Odoo, and other platforms as the project calls for it — that function as an extension of our own team.
